Questions clinics ask us
Which countries do the patients come from?
From all over Europe, including the UK. On the first call we pick the markets that fit your treatments and prices best.
What do you need from our clinic?
A doctor for the video consultations, your prices for the main treatments, and before-and-after photos. We handle everything else.
Who talks to the patients first?
Our team. We reply within 5 minutes and qualify every patient: we ask about budget, travel dates, photos and X-ray. Only then do we arrange the video call with your dentist, so your dentist's time is never wasted on patients who aren't serious. If the patient doesn't speak English, we join the call and help with the language.
Who pays for the patient's flights?
That's up to you. Our suggestion: cover the flights once the patient has paid a deposit online. That way only committed patients travel, and the free flight becomes a strong reason to book. We can set up the deposit for you.
What happens after 60 days?
If you have your 5 qualified consultations, we keep building on them together. If not, we keep working for free until you do.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your clinic, your treatments and the markets you want. We go through the numbers together on the 20-minute call, so you get a real price, not a guess.
How long do we need to commit?
Minimum 3 to 6 months. That is how long it takes to learn your best patients and bring the cost per patient down. We believe in long-term partnerships and prefer to work together for 1+ years. Dr Meši has been with us for 3+ years.
Do you work with other clinics in my city?
No. We take one clinic per city, so your competitor can't hire us. Antalya is already taken: we work with a clinic there.
How fast can we start?
Book a 20-minute call. After that we map your clinic and prepare your 3-month plan. Most clinics see the first improvements in 4 to 6 weeks.
